Call the line.
The fastest way to reach us is by phone, answered 24 hours a day. Give your street and nearest cross street when you call, along with the ZIP code, and scheduling starts from there. If the situation feels urgent, a scratching sound at night, a strong odor you cannot locate, say so, and we will do our best to fit a same-day visit into the schedule.
For a routine inspection or a service you are not in a rush to book, the same line works just as well; there is no need to wait for an emergency before calling. A technician would rather catch a developing problem early through a scheduled visit than respond to a full-blown infestation later.
Email.
For a non-urgent question, a quote follow-up, or anything that does not need an immediate answer, email contact@prorodentcontrollittleton.com and we will respond during business hours. For anything urgent, call instead since the phone line is monitored around the clock and email is not.
Email is also a reasonable way to send photos of something you are unsure about, a dropping you found, a chewed object, before deciding whether a visit is warranted. A quick look at a photo can sometimes answer the question without needing to schedule anything at all.
Where we actually work.
We cover Littleton's ten ZIP codes along with twelve nearby towns across Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson Counties, from Englewood a few miles out to Kittredge near the edge of our range in the foothills. Our areas page lists every town with its ZIP, distance from Littleton, and honest jurisdiction type, so you can confirm coverage before calling if you would rather check online first.
About the business address.
Our listed address is for mailing and citation purposes only, not a walk-in office. All service happens over the phone to schedule, followed by an on-site visit at your property, which is where the actual inspection, treatment and sealing work takes place.
